Join Frogtown Arts for a new monthly gathering where women come together to slow down, breathe deep and shine brighter together. Each full moon, we’ll weave sound baths, guided meditation, and gentle wellness offerings into an evening of connection, care, and collective magic.
On April 2, 2026, we continue this luminous series with holistic healer Patricia Rae, who will lead a restorative crystal bowl sound bath and meditation to help you release, reset and realign.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and/or pillow to make your nest in our cozy room. Get comfy, get quiet and let the vibrations carry you. Feel free to bring your crystals to charge in the moonlight on our patio.
