Join Frogtown Arts for a new monthly gathering where women come together to slow down, breathe deep, and shine brighter together. Each full moon, we’ll weave sound baths, guided meditation, and gentle wellness offerings into an evening of connection, care, and collective magic.
On March 3, 2026, we launch this luminous series celebrating the full Worm Moon with holistic healer Patricia Rae, who will lead a restorative crystal bowl sound bath and meditation to help you release, reset and realign. Apothecary for the People will be pouring free tea for all — a warm, herbal embrace in a cup.
After the meditation, guests are invited to relax on the patio, sip tea or take a moonlight walk along the LA River banks.
