Frogtown Arts presents a new monthly gathering where women come together to slow down, breathe deep and shine brighter together. Each full moon, we’ll weave sound baths, guided meditation and gentle wellness offerings into an evening of connection, care and collective magic.
We continue this luminous series with artist, urban botanist and holistic healer Nana Chen, who will present a tea ceremony and a restorative sound bath to help you release, reset and realign.
