Frogtown Arts presents a special Literary Lounge on Friday, June 5, 2026, as part of Frogtown First Fridays Pride Night at The Blake Lofts.
From 7–8:30 PM, Noel Alumit, Alan Joseph Marx, Giovanni Ortega and Eric Wat will provide an evening of enlightening storytelling.
Noel Alumit holds a BFA in Drama and a Master of Divinity in Buddhist Chaplaincy. He is the bestselling author of Talking to the Moon, Letters to Montgomery Clift, and Music Heard in Hi-Fi. He is a former Associate Editor at Lion's Roar and has taught at University of California, Los Angeles, Beyond Baroque, and University of the West. His honors include the Stonewall Book Award, being named to Out magazine’s OUT 100, and a COLA Fellowship from the City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs.
