About the Event
November 1-2, 2025 we will be celebrating Dia de los Murertos by creating a beautiful Community Altar and hosting an event for the neighborhood at Forager Crafts.
November 1st - From 10:00 am-5:00pm. We'll be creating the altar with the direction of local notable artist and Dia de los Muertos historian Milton "MAJA" Jurado. We'll ask you to join us by bringing photos of your loved ones, ancestors, pan de muerto, fruit, sugar skulls, marigolds and other traditional offerings. Write notes of remembrance, dedicate candles to your loved ones.
November 2nd - Festival 1:00 pm-5:00 pm We'll celebrate with Aztec blessings and dance, art by MAJA, craft/food vendors and traditional craft workshops.
1:00 pm Event Opens
