I paint both to see what I love and to explore the things I want to understand. My compositions, filled with carefully crafted figures and forms, aim to evoke stories that could live in hieroglyphs or songs. They draw inspiration from nature, personal experience, and my Persian lineage, where traces of folk art and ornament shape my visual language.

My paintings mix playfulness with a sense of something old and symbolic. What I enjoy most is seeing the meaning people find in them for themselves. Along with some purely decorative pieces, my latest works play curiously and compassionately with human connection, dreams, and the kinds of behaviors that either hinder or encourage authenticity and love between people.
