Frogtown welcomes art lovers of all ages.
The EVAC organizes two free art festivals in Frogtown: the biennial Frogtown Artwalk (offered in even numbered years), and Illuminate the Night (offered in odd-numbered years).
OUR MISSION
The Elysian Valley Arts Collective (E.V.A.C.), a Frogtown based arts 501(c)3 non-profit, is dedicated to preserving and promoting an inclusive community along the Los Angeles River consisting of artisans, businesses, community organizations and local residents, in order to cultivate a sense of place, a vibrant local economy and arts education for youth.

During the COVID pandemic, the Elysian Valley Arts Collective hosted their first ever virtual Frogtown Artwalk online October 16-18, 2020. This highlight reel shows interviews with artists and community members in Elysian Valley.
