We would love to be a venue. We are at 3009 Gilroy and are art shippers and craters with close ties to the art community. We can offer up up about 1000 sq feet for artists or have a band out front. Or both.,+Los+Angeles,+CA+90039/@34.1072832,-118.2507614,3a,75y,315.77h,90t/data=1e11sCLg9Squ4kaIP5p3DqISPBA7i163844m51s0x80c2c12ac96fff23:0×39c5bef492fb233a3d34.1074758!4d-118.2509949

I didn’t get very far filling out the online form. Could someone please contact me? I don’t care about being on the artist participation list, but I would like to register as an artist.

    Thank you.

What Would a huge increase in relevant traffic mean for your business? If I could greatly increase the amount of customers who are interested in your products and services, wouldn’t you be interested.

    Best Regards

Our band, The Half Measures would love to play some music for the Art Walk. We play blues and the best 50’s cover songs, like Roll Over Beethoven, Blues With A Feeling, Stormy Monday and lots more. What do we need to do to play a set? We’ve played other art fairs and love playing them. Look forward to hearing from you!

    All the best,

    Tracy Richardson

Amazing that its almost impossible to try and find out when, and if, there is going to be an Artwalk 2015. I could find NOTHING on your FB page, nor is there anything on here except references to 2014, which incidentally has come and gone. It really might be a good thing, if you’re actually planning on having another event, that you try LETTING PEOPLE KNOW.

I have been drawing now loyally since 2003. It all started with me writing words to improvised songs I had recorded in a band. We would record, I would then go home, open a bottle of wine, lean back, close my eyes and listen. I found it easier to write words to the feelings it gave. You can see transitions from words to my drawings. I found it easy to draw whatever sound is in the air at that moment. It is more the frequency in the surroundings. The songs turned into poems, then the poems into a strange language. This strange language appears frequently on my drawings. From the strange language into drawings. One day I remember it well, I jumped on my bed and condensed everything down to a quantum. I started thinking of words and listened to the sounds around me and thought of my drawings and that strange language and then started drawing as fast and as tiny as possible. I drew an arm. So, I dove in and did it again, I drew a wing. I started doing what I called “Dream Circles”. I was doing these constantly for weeks and weeks trying to draw the arm again however, instead I have what looks like drawn charm bracelets. I decided to save paper and I began doing these in a series. In tiers. I call these “Dream Tiers”. I switched to card as well. I knew I could not stop. I don’t know why I do these but I do. Once someone asked me if I could fill up a whole page. I call these “Dream Sequences”. I now have over 3000 pieces. I have dated and have start and stop times in case I need to cross reference it with a worldly event. Though I have found differences in the works when it comes to longitude and latitude. For example, I have drawn in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Kentucky, Florida, Peru, Illinois, Chicago, Peoria, Alaska, Canada, Hawaii etcetera. Each of these frequencies of what I heard that I drew is unique. I drew in some of the most beautiful locations, and then again, some real dumps. Some from one destination to another. My favorite place to draw was a little rented cabin called “The Dolphin Song” on the the “Big Island” of Hawaii. I would frequently just spend the night on the volcano. At night the guards are gone so you can sleep peacefully after seeing the burnt orange rise from the massive cauldron. These drawings are interesting to say the least. When you first see one you may just think it is a bit of creative scribble, but then on further review, spinning one slowly in front of you in different depths of light you can make out faces etcetera. I like to take on and look at it before I sleep. I always see something different even in ones I have studied often. I also joke about haunting at 1204. My drawings have a start and stop time. When it is at 1204 I call that a haunt. Just a silly little thing I created while writing. Oh, there are always two characters I draw on the bottom whom are always in some sort of banter. This is the joker and the thief, or a jack and a clown. hm. There is so much more. Can I submit these somewhere? Warm Regards, David Helvey 410-726-3244

I went to see one of the musicians. Other than that, there was nothing in your website that could give me, a first time visitor, a clear picture of what to expect.

Very confusing and compartmentalized website design when looking for the basic information: TIME, LOCATION, PARKING, CONTENT
